Shipping and Returns

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat $5 for shipping to keep it simple for everyone.

How long does it take to deliver items?

We are trying to improve delivery timelines, so we will do our best to ship within a week for all items not marked as a Pre-Order. Once we hand items off to the Postal Service, it’s up to 5 days for delivery, though typically 2 days for Austin addresses.

How do you ship items?

We ship items via the United States Postal Service. Most items will be delivered via USPS Ground Advantage, which is the Postal Service’s new name for First Class Package Service. Some items may be delivered via USPS First Class mail, particularly smaller items that can fit in an envelope.

How do I track items?

You can login to your account and see your order history. Tracking numbers are also emailed when we create the label, so you can also check your email.

Items shipped by USPS First Class mail cannot be tracked, but should arrive in a few days. We can ship items of that size faster via USPS First Class mail.

My order didn’t arrive, but it says it was shipped. What do I do?

For orders with tracking numbers, check your tracking number for the status from USPS. You can track most USPS items coming to your mailbox via Informed Delivery through the US Postal Service.

If it’s been more than 5 days since we marked an item as fulfilled, but it hasn’t been delivered yet, please reach out to us via email: member.support at austinanthem.org.

My tracking number shows it was delivered, but I didn’t get it. What do I do?

We ask you to wait two or three days after it was marked as delivered, the tracking scans are inaccurate occasionally. Then do the usual thing when an item doesn’t arrive - check your front door, see if your neighbors got it, or check the parcel lockers.

If all that fails, shoot us an email: member.support at austinanthem.org and we’ll start a refund or new shipment. If the USPS delivery fails, we may send the item via UPS a second time.

If two subsequent shipments do not arrive to the same address, we will issue a refund.

You’ll need to reach out to us within 30 days of a shipment being delivered to inform us of its missing status. When a tracking number shows it as delivered, we operate under the assumption that it was delivered.

Returns and Exchanges

If an item doesn’t fit, arrives damaged, or is not of a high quality, let us know and we’ll do our best to swap it or issue a refund. You may be responsible for return shipping if the item doesn’t fit.

Unfortunately, we typically don’t accept returns if you change your mind.

Match Tickets

Match tickets are fully digital. We will distribute those on matchweeks, typically more than 48 hours before kickoff. In certain situations, typically club or SeatGeek snafus, we may need to deliver closer to kickoff. Stay tuned on the Discord for updates.
