2024 Membership Tracking

Because our 2023 membership ordering did not go as smoothly as planned, we’re making a few changes on how we do it.

• We order items from vendors, then we package them and ship them to you. Memberships are a bit unique because many of the vendors we use are not local and their delivery and shipping timelines are longer, but we want to provide transparency on the process. On this page, you’ll see a status for each of the items in our membership kit. Once all items are on hand for a kit, we’ll mark them as ready for delivery.

• We’re not planning on doing pickups this year. While we would love to offer this because it makes it easy for us, in truth, very few people actually picked up their item when they indicated. This created a lot of back-and-forth with a lot of missed connections. If you really want to pick up your membership kit, please email us directly to coordinate.

• This year, you won’t be able to redeem your membership kit unless we have the item ready for shipping. This will give you a much better timeline on arrival and we can more rapidly turn around issues.

• We’re not offering name and number customizations on kits this year because this dramatically increased the timeline for delivery. You’ll of course be able to order your size.

• We’ve ordered all our membership items at once based on projections from the last two years. Our hope is that we won’t need to have additional orders from our vendors except in rare circumstances.
